North Indian Trail Neighborhood Council is a volunteer-run organization made up residents who live within the designated neighborhood boundary that meet regularly to maintain and improve the quality of life in Spokane, increase resident participation in local decision-making, and form an effective partnership between the City and neighborhood residents.
Anyone who lives or works in North Indian Trail is encouraged to attend. There are no dues or fees for membership. Attending three meetings in a five-month period brings voting rights. Please join us!
The North Indian Trail Neighborhood is in City Council District 3 and is in Commissioner District 1.
North Indian Trail Neighborhood Council meetings are held at 6pm every second Tuesday of the month. Meetings are held at Indian Trail Public Library in the large conference room, 4909 W. Barnes Rd Spokane, WA 992008. Please note the Library locks its doors at 6pm, so please arrive before that time.
Note: Each month’s agenda is posted on the bulletin board at Safeway on Indian Trail. Check the calendar for meeting dates and other events.
Annual neighborhood projects include:
- Community Engagement Events (summer picnic, park get-togethers, etc.)
- Traffic Calming Improvements (mobile speed feedback trailers, asphalt art, etc.)
- Neighborhood Clean-up Events (litter pick up, etc.)
Projects are driven by neighborhood volunteer capacity and interest. If you would like to participate in or lead a project in the neighborhood, please attend an upcoming meeting or reach out to: tldeno@peoplepc.com or 509-466.9536
