North Indian Trail Neighborhood Council meetings are held at 6pm every second Tuesday of the month. Meetings are held at Indian Trail Public Library in the large conference room, 4909 W. Barnes Rd Spokane, WA 992008. PLEASE NOTE THE LIBRARY LOCKS ITS DOORS AT 6PM, SO PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE THAT TIME.
